What we believe

Who is God?

God is Love! 1 John 4:8 declares this truth. He doesn't just contain love, walk in love, or manifest love. He is Love personified! Everything God does is because of who He is and is done from a place of Love. He is the Creator not created. He is the giver of life and the beginning & completion of all things.

Who is Jesus?

Jesus is the Son of God. Begotten, not made. He is the only savior of the world and the only way for us to get to God! He is our righteousness! Jesus is Lord of lords and King of kings! He is the Word that gave life to everything that was created and His life brought light to everyone (John 1:4).

Who is the Holy Spirit?

The Holy Spirit is the omnipresence of God among us. He is God's number one agent on the earth. He is the Spirit of Truth and the revealer of all Truth (John 16:13). He is present at the work of salvation, drawing us to the Father. He's the one who gives us a new spirit. He is the power that the believer cannot live without! And the one by whom the gifts of the Spirit freely flow.

What is the Bible?

The  Bible is the Word of God and the Word of Truth! It is consistent with the mind, will, character, glory, and being of God. Romans 3:4 says, "Let God be true, and every man a liar..." The Word of God does not change with the times, cultures, or opinions of people.

All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.

(2Timothy 3:16)

What's My Purpose?

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

Your purpose can only be found in God! We must first trust and believe that God has a specific plan and purpose for our lives, only then can we discover it. While we are discovering our vocational purpose, we must never forget that Christ's purpose for us all is the ministry of reconciliation, that is reconciling people unto God. All believers are called to seek the lost and do the work of the ministry.

Now What?

Freely you have received; freely give (Matthew 10:8).

Be the light of the world and the salt of the earth. Love God and love people. It is absolutely impossible to serve God without serving people.
